Product introduction

QGF series is special for 3&5 gallon drinking water production line which is ancillary equipment for filling mineral water. It can effectively wipe off the mineralization precipitate , and all-round washing the outer, inner and bottom of the barrel, which increase the washing result and reduce secondary pollution of manual work as well as the labor intensity of operating worker. The main material is stainless steel which is corrosion resisting and easy to clean. It can Main electric original uses SIEMENS,OMRON brand, and gas circuit  uses AIRTAC brand products. The whole machine has compact structure, high and stable work efficiency, correct and sensitive motion, high degree of automation, which is a trinitarian ancillary equipment.

Cap Remover

It is used to remove the 5 gallon cap and bottle label.
Bottom discharge connector with recyle water collection tank.
Welding : full welding with sealing gum.

Outside washing machine

Brushes are motorised and clean the bottle externally. Since they make the bottle spin, the water jet hits not only the bottom but also the sides of the bottle. It's used forall-round cleaning the bottle, significantly improves cleaning efficiency.

Inside Washing Part

1.It is designed for 5 washing treatment.
2.It can manage 5 liters to 5 Gallons bottles.
3.Automatic bottle unloads and out load.
4.Neck handling of the bottle by the grippers.

Filling Part

1. Uploading and dropping barrels changed from 45 degree to translatory which is more stable.
2. Nozzle can insert into 10-15cm of the barrel in order to rinse little impurities down. Rinsing pump is separately controlled by different magnetic valves. Pump only work when there is barrel on that. It can avoid the mixture of different cleaning fluid.

Capping Part

The PRESS-ON CAPPER is a linear machine used for caps applied on the bottle by pressure.
It includes: Cap hopper, Canal chute, Placing system of cap on the neck, Device to snap the cap on the neck. The bottle takes the cap directly from the canal chute. The snapping of the cap on the bottle neck is carried out through the pressure developed by a belt conveyor, provided with a system to adjust the force in order not to stress the bottle.
